Jeff and Denise
I helped Ken Miller with Ken Miller Photography twice in one weekend. This was from Jeff and Denise’s wedding at Wild Basin Lodge in Allenspark, Colo. What a beautiful place, and the day was nice and cool.

I helped Ken Miller with Ken Miller Photography shoot Alissa and Geoff’s wedding last week in Boulder. They both were so full of emotion, laughter and tears. It’s great to be a part of that – capturing that emotion in photographs.
So excuse this post – it’s really only for family and friends (but who knows, those are probably the only ones who read this blog!)

I helped Kristy Rowe shoot Tim and Becky’s wedding at Hudson Gardens in Littleton for Encore Portraits last night (Saturday, July 12). It was fun, and Kristy is easy to work with. The gardens are a beautiful place. Wow! I am shooting another wedding there in September and am looking forward to it. Here are some shots from last night. Congrats Tim and Becky!
It was kind of nice going to a wedding where I had no responsibility to shoot photographs. I focused just on my friends, and of course the B&G. It was in Clarkston, Michigan – couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather for the fourth of July weekend. I was exhausted coming home from spending a weekend with everyone, but oh was it fun.

Leah and Aaron were such an easy couple to shoot – so laid back and fun. It was supposed to rain all day, but luckily cleared up about an hour before their ceremony. They danced the night away to a bluegrass band from Jackson Hole and were married at Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Tabernash, Colo. – a beautiful spot that practices sustainability.
