Miss A. is getting married in January and is planning on giving these photos to her soon-to-be hubby. I think he’ll be mighty pleased, to say the least :) She’s got these incredible doe eyes and sweet face.I had a lot of fun shooting with her.
Makeup artist Cynthia Goodberry, aka Denver Makeup Guru, and I teamed up once again for a fall boudoir marathon at the end of August. We had wonderful girls join us – fun! We are thinking of having another in November, just in time for Christmas and Valentine’s Day presents. Email me if you’re interested girls!

For the second weekend in a row, I got to be a second shooter. This time was with Denver wedding photographer Preston Utley. (Check out his blog, he got some amazing portraits!) I got to hang with Seth and his guys. The guys are always so casual before a wedding – hanging out, watching football, drinking, getting dressed in .5 seconds. Generally much less stressful than where the girls get ready. The ceremony was on the rooftop of Bar Standard, a bar downtown on Broadway. It was pretty untradtional – a friend married them, there was guest participation and at the end they had a butterfly release! We then meandered our way to their reception at the Space Gallery as the sun set.
