And since I worked at a record store in high school, I’ve accumulated a ton. I look at blogs for new music, books bring me to old music, and when December hits, I get the Christmas music out and play a lot of Sufjan Steven’s Christmas albums. Do yourself a favor and check it out if you haven’t - Sufjan Steven’s Christmas boxset.

So anyway – I still love making mixtapes for friends (well, I guess now they are called mix cds). Have you seen High Fidelity? I’m like John Cusack pouring over his music collection, trying to put together the perfect songs in the perfect order. Well, this is my winter mix 2009.
