Bo is a sweet sweet old dog. He just wants to be pet and eat treats for the rest of his life on his favorite dog bed – sounds like my kind of a life. We got him running around the yard at one point and all of a sudden he seemed like a puppy again, but then quickly he had to take a break and was content to lay in the sunshine. Oh Andie!

Andie was a perfect model for her photo shoots, despite the fact that she my have eaten too many biscuits (a girl’s got to watch her figure). She ran around, laid down, played with her mom, Kelley, and in general had a great time and so did I! And we managed to get it all in before that nasty wind and rain rolled in.  Andie, daaahrling, you look fabulous. Click  here to view the web gallery of Andie.

And remember – you have one more week to take advantage of the $50 off pet, family and children photography. Must be booked by Oct. 31.

Snow day!

In need of braces.
After a foot of snow fell yesterday, Tucker was begging to play outside. So as I shoveled, I threw snowballs for him to catch. He loves water … in any form.

He’s so overexposed…

It’s raining cats and dogs

Every time I have to go to the local animal shelter to do a story, I get worried that I won’t be able to leave empty-handed. All these animals looks so sad and pitiful in their kennel and cubby holes. I hate having to see them look at me, saying, “Take me! Take me!” It breaks my heart. Lucky for them, the shelter just got a remodel and it’s a bit better. TVs for the dogs in their sound-proof rooms, and the cats have an outdoor atrium area where they can lounge around. Even though I have two pets already, and I would probably get my head cut off for adopting anymore – it still breaks my heart to leave them, closing the door as they bark and meow their little heads off.
