The colors definitely weren’t at their peak, but it was still a pretty trip. The dog sure loved swimming in the lake and hiking in the woods. We took Trail Ridge Road through Rocky Mountain National Park on the way back. We saw some elk and deer, and a lot of tourists on our drive. After this weekend, I now can feel your planning pains, brides! :)
